The following matters should be noted when installing the tubing:

(1) select the tubing according to the pressure, flow and usage. The tubing must be strong enough, the inner wall smooth and clean, free from defects such as sand hole, rust and iron scale.

(2) when the pipe is cut off with a saw, the section and the axis should maintain a certain degree of perpendicularity, sharp edges should be obtuse and iron filings should be removed.

(3) when the pipe is bent, the ovality is allowed to be 10%. The inside and outside of the bending part are not allowed to be zigzag, uneven, twisted, crushed and other defects. The bend radius R should generally be greater than three times the pipe diameter D.

(4) if the distance between pipe supports is too small, the number of fixing supports increases and the distance is too large, vibration and sagging will occur.

(5) the pipe should be fixed with pipe clamp to prevent vibration.

(6) the laying position of the pipeline shall be convenient for connecting the branch pipes and close to the equipment or foundation.
